Dentatus presents a system
of 10 diamond instruments in 3 different
grain sizes for contouring, finishing
and polishing composite materials.
NFC: 10 diamonds, color-coded yellow in a yellow stand,
grain size 50 micron (fine). For removal of overhangs and contouring.
EFC: 10 diamonds color-coded white in a grey stand,
grain size 30 micron (extra fine). For contouring and finishing.
SFC: 10 diamonds color-coded violet in a violet stand,
grain size 15 micron (super fine). For polishing.
All Dentatus diamond instruments have the following features:
- Shaft of special hardened hardchromed steel.
- Highest precision (Tolerances within +/- 0.005 mm).
- Sizes of diamond grains chosen on account of the sizes of the
instruments
and the range of application
- Each instrument controlled in microscope before delivery.
- Our diamond-coating based on 50 years' experience from manufacture
for the dental and the industrial section.
