- MTI, we’re making it even easier and less time-consuming
for dentists to create an immediate fixed restoration.
The Monorail - MTI Copings– with Built-in
Metal Bar Stops– overcome the previous limitations of interconnecting
implants of varying heights and alignments.
And the External Slip-In Ti Bars create a strong
metal-resin splint foundation for the long-term support of small-,
intermediate - and full-arch restorations.
Dentatus Monorail - MTI’s new streamlined
design expands the implant-restorative protocol for wider use
in the general practice. MTI implants alone or with abutments
used for small and large fixed bridges give patients teeth at
the first visit and the visible benefits of implantology.
MTI protects the surgical site and leaves implanted fixtures
undisturbed. Patients get accustomed to provisional teeth early
on, making their adjustment to the new environment exceedingly
comfortable. It's been found that patients, knowing they will
not be without teeth at any time, more readily accept implantology.

The new Singular Copings, with the built-in metal Bar-Stop solve
the difficulties of interconnecting varying implant heights and
misalignments.
Easier to place and less time to fabricate. The external Ti Bars
randomly placed create a strong metal-resin laminated splint supported
byMonorail-MTI Transitional Implants.
Designed for stabilizing retrofitted upper
and lower dentures
in one chairside procedure.
 Relieved
to fit the low-profile cemented splint and resurfaced with a soft
reline, the denture is frictionally held in place and easily adjustable
for stress-free removal.
The Monorail - MTI interconnected splint follows the prosthodontic
criteria of cross-arch support. The low-profile indexed smoothly
finished splint, is firmly cemented in place. A new or retrofitted
hollowed-out denture base, filled soft reline material, holds
the denture firmly in place.
It is adjusted for gentle, precise retention, and may be renewed
as needed. A laboratory cast splint can be made later with a metal
reinforced customized denture.
Customized laboratory restorations can be readily affected
with Monorail Copings after a short phase of implant stabilization.
